I. Any material misrepresentation or omission of a fact in my application will be justification for refusal of, or if employed, termination from my employment.
II. It is my understanding that the company will make a thorough investigation of my work and personal history and may verify all data I have provided in my application for employment, related documents or interview(s). I authorize such investigations and the giving and receiving of any information requested by Blak Koffee and I release liability from any person giving or receiving any such information. I understand that if I falsify data or if Blak Koffee receives derogatory information about me, I may not be hired, or if I am hired, I may be subject to immediate dismissal.
III. I agree that if I am employed by Blak Koffee, my employment may be terminated at any time, without cause, and without liability for wages except such as may have been earned by me as of the date of termination of employment
IV. I understand and acknowledge that this is an application for employment and that neither this document nor any other documents, no any other verbal communication to me will constitute an employment contract, and that no representative of Blak Koffee has any authority to enter into any verbal agreement of employment for any specified period of time or to make any agreement contrary to the foregoing. I further understand and acknowledge that if I am employed such employment is for an indefinite period of time and that Blak Koffee can change wages, benefits and conditions of employment at any time.
